At least once a year, however, I hook up my N64 and spend a day or two playing through Mario 64 getting 120 stars. Another detraction from the N64 that I don't think anyone has mentioned: the control stick had no lasting power. I went through a ton of controllers because the control stick became too loose. I even changed my control style on Goldeneye so that I could play it without relying too heavily on the control stick.

I love, love, love that game. I have replayed it a bazillion times by now. And yeah, the boss bee sucks. But he's far from the hardest boss in the game. To this day, I can always get very close to beating, but cannot beat, the last boss in the game. He sucks.

+10 Internets | I loved N64. SNES would have probably been better though if I ever owned one. Perfect Dark, Mario Cart, Zelda (both), Golden Eye, Turok, F-Zero (which was >>>> SNES version imo), Super Mario 64, Super Smash Bros, Paper Mario, and Star Fox 64 were all pretty awesome games. Not to mention 4 people could play together. That was the shit. |

+1 Internets | Pretty much the same 3-5 games being used as support for N64. That means 25% of their games were great hits I guess. For me the system just had a lack of (quality) games, and then was pretty weak overall. |

| Anyone who says the N64 only has 1-5 good games is either ignorant as fuck or just has shitty taste. The system had plenty of great titles. Bomberman Super Mario 64 Paper Mario Pilotwings Goldeneye Banjo-Kazooie Banjo-Tooie Diddy Kong Racing MK64 Those wrestling games Perfect Dark Donkey Kong 64 (though I think this is one of the worst games ever created) Zelda OOT Zelda MM Mario Tennis Blast Corps Star Fox Turok POKEMON SNAP SUPER SMASH BROS Mario Parties Yoshi's Story (sucked, I included because I enjoyed the completionist aspect of it + clouded memories of Yoshi's Island) Mystical Ninja |

| The majority of your list is shitty games though Risky =/ I count 5 good ones, and thinking otherwise means you have bad taste in games or are ignorant as fuck. I could accidentally list more than 5 good SNES games before the synapses in my mind register it happened.

| Pride Never Die | No Mercy is still considered the best wrestling game ever created. The Super Fire series comes pretty damn close though.

+5 Internets | Lets hope that new TNA game coming out isn't a button mashing shitfest that the Smackdown/RAW games have been. They hired a couple of the TNA wrestlers that also happen to be gamers for feedback. Samoa Joe and AJ Styles I think. I know that whoever they are, they were huge fans of No Mercy so that can only lead to awesome things. |
