Must-have Oblivion mods?

I'm going to reinstall Oblivion and basically need a list of must-have mods that greatly improve the game. Some info on where to DL them would also be helpful, since I've never done this before. Thanks!

Try OOO, but that may have been outshone at some point since I gave up on Oblivion.

OOO and a leveling mod are most important IMO.

One thing about Qarl's Texture pack. If you use Windows Vista 32-bit it's a bad idea to install the texture pack since Vista itself takes up a lot of memory and Oblivion can't address memory over 2GB, so even if you have 3 GB like me, the texture pack will cause lots of stuttering.

That said, if you have XP and 2 GB of RAM go for it, you should be fine. It should also be fine with Vista 64bit because of the way it handles memory with 32-bit applications.
