360 prices slashed (only if you eat sauerkraut!)

Europe only, to 199/270/370 from 270/350/450 for the arcade/pro/elite. All currency in €uros of course. Funny thing is 270€ is still more than 400$ (USA launch price). Crap the dollar is really weak these days...

To anyone who bought one in january/february, friendly reminder that most euro retailers don't offer any kind of price guarantee in case prices drop two minutes after you bought it. Yeah we are stupid like that this side of the Atlantic.

Not very surprising considering in Europe the PS3 sells faster than the X360 and is catching up fast when it comes to total installed base. In the US the situation is still in favor of the X360 so there is no need to slash the price.

Im torn, the elite is now cheap enough for me to dish out the cash but I wouldn't mind a Blue Ray player!

You are paying 1€ per gig going for an elite - that's a rip off. Just grab a pro (unless you need the dongle for digital out).
