| Playing Playstation games on PSP Okay, I've tried finding the actual thread regarding this, but I'm really interested in this. Is this only PS1 games or can PS2 games play on it, as well? I'm not talking about emulators, but via remote PS3 -> PSP. Or is this not even possible and I misinterpreted it? Really lovin' a video game and having 25+ credit quarters blows and leaves little to no room for gaming.

| I dont have a PSP, so my knowledge of this is limited at best, but I believe ALL PSOne games are playable via Remote-Play. *SOME* PS3 games are, but, not very many, PixelJunk Monsters does work for example. I am not sure about PS2 games, I want to say no, just because the PS3 has to emulate them as it is. A bit off topic, but when I was in Gamestop this weekend they had a video on about how you can watch Blu-Ray movies via Remote Play now, or in the near future. |

| I play FF7 on my PSP once in a while via remote play. My problem is connecting to my PS3 from work. I can only get it to work when I am using my network at home. I can't get any of my PS2 games to work on my PSP. I tried FFX, Champions of Norrath, Burnout (can't remember which one) and many others. The same applies for my PS3 games, none of them work on my PSP. |

| Doh. :| Was hoping to play .hack//GU via remote. Looks like you can't. edit: It does make me curious if I can watch Stargate via remote play, lol. That'd be sweet.

To me video seems to work fine, but either it's my connection, or just plain laggy, but I can't actually play games for shit. Using PixelJunk Monsters as an example, you end up overrunning trees, running into enemies, etc, because it miscalculates a button press/release. Anyone else have this problem? | |
