Man I suck at this game. Keep getting spotted. How do people do no stealth runs? Any basic strats for stealthing?? I'm guessing using the tranq pistol/sniper is required?

Crawl past places where you can get out of their line of sight. Distract them by throwing magazines. Use the camera and the solid eye to your advantage. And prepare to do a lot of re-loads as you get used to the enemies' position.

Finished it recently

Just wow!

Still thinking about it nearly a week after finishing it, and how I can't wait to play through it again.

Everything about it -- the characters, the game design, the graphics, the gameplay -- just top notch.

Some of the characters in the game truly become 3-dimensional, almost like you are a voyeur to real people dealing with real problems. The video game stuff aside, I actually found the human drama side of it to be the most engaging element.

Could not have ended the series any better, IMO.

Picked up a bundle yesterday. My first high def console experience. I haven't had a chance to play MGS4 yet. I did however attempt to last night, but seeing as I only had 30 minutes I was still working my way through the bajillion FMV parts in the first part of the game. Not complaining, just commenting I guess. Looks neato so far, although I think the voice acting for Snake is fucking brutal. It's just too over the top. And how many times did he need to say "War has changed." Great, it's a play on "war never changes", I fucking get it, you're clever Kojima. Move the fuck on.

And seriously, what is it with Japanese people and moustaches?
