You are right I'm fagging it up by answering questions that are being asked multiple times. Sorry for trying to help. Thanks for being an expert on fags though. Your input is greatly appreciated. | |

+58 Internets | anyone know a cheap play in the US to get a pandora battery? I just fucked my battery by trying to make a pandora off blurry youtube vids (was a spare battery). I had an old fat one and my mobo looked different than the one posted on page 26, so relying on blurry videos and shady narration was the end of me. the TOOL one I found on pandorabattery.net is no longer available |

+1 Internets | You have to convert the ISO files to PBP files. There's a pretty sweet program that lets you pick the icon, background, background music, and converts the ISOs all by itself - it even gives a preview of how it'll look on your PSP menu. Google PSX2PSP. 1.4.2 is the newest version. You'll also need to download the ATRAC3 codec to make .AT3 sound files if you want music on your menu thing. Music files must be less than 1 minute long, AT3 66 format and less than 500KB. There is another program you can use to make the song loop infinitely. The looping program is called GWAT3. |

+58 Internets | This is what I get when I do that. I saved the program to my desktop and edited my name obviously (not that most ppl here don't know it by now). Getting it from here PSX2PSP v1.4 - Popstation GUI - MaxConsole Forums that right? That files folder that came with it has no base.pbp file in it edit: got it to work, didn't have to change anything. just formatted my memory stick, put it in ISO folder, and now is working Last edited by Ham n Cheese; 01-18-2009 at 10:14 AM.. |

| Necro post! Just a word of warning, if you're thinking of getting a PSP slim, make sure you don't get one with the official 4.01 firmware on it. As of now most of the 4.01 ones can't be hacked. I know, I just bought one and only realized it after opening the box and trying myself. After some googling, I found out that the newest batch of 2000s have a new motherboard that won't run the magic memory stick. At least I have a hacked phat for the time being...

| Nope it's fine, holding down L and inserting the pandora just leads to a black screen. All accounts I can find online point to it being hacked eventually... Edit: This is the 2000 I'm talking about... turns out some newer 2000 models use the same motherboard as the new 3000's.

| Hmm.. that's the first time I've heard of this. Literally every source I've checked out claims the v3 motherboards can't be hacked yet. And the only customer write up says this: Quote:
