Nice chart from the link in OP

Essentially if the PS3 gets a jump in sales due to new games it could beat the XBOX360 in sales over time on sale. But there is no way at all for PS3 to end up as dominant as PS2 and PS1.

If MS wants to maintani what little lead they still have they need to drop the price NOW. Remeber Nintendo is still........ selllnig...... OUT......

If Nintendo does NOTHING but just ride into the 4th quater with thanskgiving and christmas they willl still........sell.........out......... every single month.

as a matter of fact it will only get harder to find systems for both the Wii and DS imo.

when super mario, smash, metroid hit..... good lord... I hope you have your Wii's now... If Mario truly is a good as Mario 64 it may still be sold out going into 2nd quater of next year..

god I wish i had bought some nintendo stock..

Remember when Nintendo changed the name from the The Revolution to the Wii...and everyone laughed at them and predicted the system would be destroyed by the PS3 and the 360? I do.

Amazing how things turn out.

PS3 still have not sold the 4 million units they said they would have done waaay ack? And the lack of titles that could move systems is showing in the game chart

I hope the clearing of the 60gig units push the sales somewhat.

Oh and wheres the "Ipod" Edition? I swear to god my Wii is screaming at me that it's MADE to be with an Ipod. It needs to have a slot on the side where you can just slide the ipod in. Please nintendo. Wii "Ipod" Edition.

You can already listen to music on some of your games using the SD card slot, actually. Excite Truck takes advantage of that, and so will Endless Ocean.

Anyway, numbers are a bit high, as this was a 5 week month. Still pretty amazing, though.
