Portfowarding a 360

Anyone know how to do this? Sometimes, when i play against someone it wont let us start a game. I heard it has something to do with port forwarding properly. Anyways, if i could get some help, that would be great.

UDP 88, UDP 3074, and TCP 3074

Forward those to whatever your Xbox IP is. Step by step on how to port forward depends on your router.
