Anyway, hes the guy who is on a one man crusade to get GTA, Manhunt and just about any violent game banned.

So basically, he gets suspended for 3 months. I'm sure he will pass this "examination". I wouldn't let go of that proverbial fork just yet.

If anything, it could make him think twice about filing more frivilous lawsuits though. If he knows people are scrutinizing him he may be less likely to risk his career over it.

Yeah, really. I think the guy really is off his rocker I don't foresee him taking any of this in until they outright forbid him from practicing anymore.

Out of all the attorneys in the US, I'm sure he will be able to find someone to file his lawsuits for him even if he does lose his license.

While I don't think this will actually end Jack's tyranny this is a chink in his armor. At least as a talking head on random shows about games the psych test and temporary loss of his license its proof that people other then gamers think this guys a jack-off and maybe insane.
