There is new content, definitely shown in that trailer. Epic hinted at new SP DLC in development for the 360 version, so I don't imagine it's a huge stretch to assume that what we see in that video is representative of that content.

Wow they finally put in the brumak.. there was actually a full level where you run from him in the game originally but it got cut at the last minute. Sad times.

I can try to find out, they really wanted Brumak in the original but just didn't feel the content was polished enough - I'd imagine they'll make it DLC (Microsoft might push to make it cost $$, though) on Live.

Yeah, it will definitely cost money on Live. At least for a while, like the MP maps.

I'm not so sure on that. Epic has been pushing from day 1 to release as much free content as they can (see: 1st map pack), and it's possible that the SP content will be free. There's less incentive to make non-MP content not... free, because with MP content, the hardcore players will want it to keep up with the community.

Unfortunately, Microsoft has the final say on what is free and what isn't on XBL.
