Katamari Damarcy for ps3 apparently cancelled

no news yet online that i can read accurately(its in famistu), but apparently the ps3 version has been cancelled, and rumor has it that it is going instead to the wii.

never heard if it, but shrug, fairly interesting news.

in other news wii is still destroying all competion in japan....latest ps3 and 360 releases had a brief blip of sales boost, but nothing special.

big news for the upcoming week is DQ:S (dragon's quest:swords) is releasing...no reviews of it are out yet.

Huh, I have no idea why they'd want to develop the game for PS3 in the first place. Game is destined to make use of the Wii. Here's to hoping they have some sort of wifi multiplayer.

It was a pretty big deal for the PS2, and the sixaxis would actually work pretty well with it.

There's been a spate of articles in the last few days over Sony vs. Microsoft and exclusives, and buying exclusives. Some of it is interesting, some is downright funny. (See Sony's take.)

You know, ps3 always reminded me of the Saturn: successor to a highly succesful console but hurdled by both an overly complicated architecture and a high price (399$ in 1995).

Saturn is still my favorite console to date

What was the game where you were that crazy jester looking thing and you flew through rings doing flips and such... That sounds vague, I know, but anyone whose played the game would recognize it from that description

Edit: Oh, and Quarterback club '97, the one and only good football video game that's ever come out.

The saturn had Radiant Silvergun. Ask any shooter fan and he will tell you Radiant Silvergun > Ikaruga

Not vague at all seeing how it was THE advertised game for Saturn. Nights.

It's still the only game I remember seeing advertised for it.

Nights brought analog sticks to consoles, pretty much, didn't it? Was a fun game, but not all that deep.
