Italian's getting their ps3's early

At Least 2 major chains are selling the ps3 NOW... since they have it in stock,

both Darty and Media World stores are selling it now, Gamestop hasn't Yet, but they said, if the other stores sell early, so will they.

What's Sony going to do about it? Not let people sell their product?

Sony is in no position to call the shots anymore.

They should be fucking grateful that their product is moving.

Street dates arent for fun you know - i think alot of Europeans are pissed by the Italians because it limits there chance for the casino royal blu ray movie...

Everyone who imported a console can make a european PSN account and get a free copy of Casino, on top of the Italians. Well done Sony.

I will be so incredibly pissed if I miss out -- hopefully the delivery man will come early on Friday morning.

Sony can go ahead and sue people. That's fine. The consequences of such lawsuits will be less retailers will carry their product, and they will continue to fail at installing a strong PS3 base.

Well, first its a matter of principle for Sony (and any other company btw) - if they dont take some serious action retailers will do what they like in the future and never honor any kinds of sales agreements again...

And for Europeans beeing poor motherfuckers - You are completely right!
We get ripped of with almost every piece of entertainment hardware and thats just one of the many

last straws...

this is the link of an online article from the online version of our major newspaper

The article is called "yesterday i've bought a ps3, today im trying to sell it"
the journalist writes how he bought a ps3 and tried it with about 20 ps2 games he had at home and only 3 of them worked well

Yes, but it doesn't cost nearly as much or have the number 3 in it! Therefore you must obviously shell out the 600 Euros for the more expensive one! (despite the fact it looks like ass and has no games worth buying...but it has Blueray!)

This is not the point. When you sell a console for $600, 200 more than the second most expensive one, your machine better be flawless because people will expect top notch quality for the price. It is not the case with the PS3 sold in Europe and the people with a large amount of PS2 games who were expecting to be able to unhook their PS2 from their TV and put it into storage are disappointed when they see that most games don't work. I would be too.

Fuck PS3 compatability. Its a worthless piece of shit due to a lack of rumble anyway.

If you plug in a controller with rumble, and play a game with rumble.

Surprise, you get rumble.
