Yeah, I love you don't actually have to wear it. Which is good because their armor sucks balls.

The in-combat deal worked. Lift, Singularity and Neural Shock all worked on the Mako when I was in combat. I used your idea of the geth bases Sean, worked well. Then I killed all but one geth in a tower, and just hacked it over and over to get that one.

The letter from EA - which is referenced at the end of the NYT article - made me pretty happy, not to mention the strange feeling you get from agreeing and supporting EA: News: EA Calls Fox Out on "Insulting" Mass Effect Inaccuracies

Loved the game. Hated the Mako controls and some of the worlds (lots of mountains and ridges). But, the storyline and several of the options are so great.

Insanity is pretty stupid. It's not hard, everything just has 50x more HP. So I get to knock something on its ass and shoot it for 10 minutes until it finally dies.

I think it might depend on the class you play too though. As an engineer, there were quite a few enemies that could basically 1-shot me (rockets, practically anyone in melee distance, getting knocked down via bio powers was almost guaranteed death). I had to basically lock shit down with my powers pretty fast or else I'd get stomped.

Anyway, that's usually the formula for increasing difficulty in games. They do more damage (and/or attack more often), take longer to die, etc.

yeah, that's true I went through hardcore as an engineer and was a huge gimp compared to my soldier. Maybe soldiers are just OP.

Garrus and Wrex seem like more powerful party members than the others too.

Soldiers = perma immunity, so yeah. Being unable to die sort of makes the game easy :P I actually think biotics are better than soldiers but they still can die to melee attacks... they just kill so much faster though.

Engineers are easily bringing up the rear. I can nearly perma-sabotage shit and CAN perma-sabotage shit with the right allies, but it's a whole lot more buttons and doesn't work if there are too many targets/spread out targets

Wrex is IMO the best teammate in the game. Barrier + immunity + krogan heavy armors and shit means he's nearly impossible to kill. Every squishy class should play with Wrex. You can just send in the meat shield and he'll distract all the melee classes and he does have a few useful biotics powers.

Ashley is easily the worst character. She's just a weaker Wrex in every way unless (for god knows what reason) you want her to snipe... but then you'd be better off with Garrus so meh.

I had used Garrus and Aiden throughout the entire game. I tried using Wrex, but...meh, I preferred my original two.

Wrex is both overpowered and awesome. Also, his lines are the best.

New to ME here...

I'm curious to know: can multiple Shepard profiles be saved, or are you limited to just one?
