You'll want to max some of the skills at least once for the achievement... so you get to pick those skills with any new char.

Adepts are supposed to be very powerful at high levels, but imo the biotic abilities are a little weak.

What skills do you need to max to get the Achievement? I've not maxed Shotguns, Warp, Throw, Pistols, or First Aid and I got those achievements already.

Pretty sure the requirement is just use x amount of times or kill with this weapon, and also I am fairly sure you don't need to have the skill on Shepard to get the Achievement. I got the Warp Achievement and I pretty much only used it on Wrex and maybe a handful of times on Shepard so I am pretty sure party use counts.

You don't max the skill out - you kill 150 things with the weapons and you use the abilities 75 times (don't even have to use them on enemies).

Has anyone else noticed that the voice that does all the Codexs is the guy who does the voice for the news casts in Starship Troopers.

Admiral Kofaku being kidnapped by Biotics. I'm on this faggy mission on Bintha, and there's 3 labs on the planet. I clear all 3, and when I clear the 3rd lab, my journal says that there's 1 more lab on the planet. I can't find this 4th lab. It's not on the map, and I've made like 19 circles with the Mako? Is it on the planet? Is it bugged? Someone point my dumbass in the right direction

it's not on that planet. IIRC, it's in the same cluster area but not the same solar system if memory serves. (EDIT) re-read the mission description in your journal and it should point you to the right solar system

did you click on Kofaku's body in the last lab? Think clicking on that says "he is clutching a datapad" or something like that. You get that and it tells you the location of the last lab. And as said above, its in the same galaxy, but it's a seperate system. A new system. So you wouldn't have seen it initially but it should be there now

Took a couple hours, but I just rolled up an Adept and got Barrier, Warp, Lift, Throw, Singularity, and Stasis Mastery, hoho.

Shot Gun and Assault Rifle achievements unlocked in just a few minutes. Thank you stupid monkey planet.

Haha. That planet was pretty funny. I landed and before I hit the objective of the planet I always drive around and hit all the other things. I don't meander much but I saw a mine so I went off to that, then saw an X. Went to that and accidentally ran over a monkey (yay +renegade), and then went into the mine, and found the item before I knew it was a quest =x

too many of these achievements are grind-tastic. It's cool that most unlock something special but man.

I have no idea how you (Sean) managed to get the 150 first-aid achievement on you're first playthrough AND still get the shield achievement. I must of used it anytime my teammates or I took a HAIR of health damage and I still haven't gotten it after 2 playthroughs :[

Should be easier to get FA on harder difficulties. I got mine last night, wasn't trying to; it just popped up. I would guess it would be almost easy to get on insane.

Working on sniper now, I've noticed you get a decent chunk more XP for killing outside the Mako while doing so. It's fairly fun to dodge rockets and shit while sniping crouched.

I played an Adept and found Biotics to be pretty damn powerful from the start to the finish. By the end of the game between my Biotics and Tali's engineering bombs we would wipe out whole hoardes almost instantly.
