Mod Chips

anyone have an experience with mod chips for PS2 or Xbox? I am looking to purchase one and not sure what to look for. I found some premodded boxes but they want like 300 bucks for them without a HDD.

I've modded many xbox1's if that's what you mean by xbox. I bought everything on ebay and my first one cost me probably around..

180 dollars? (200gb hd included)

Worth every penny. Any questions just ask; I used an xecutioner 2 mod chip.

I use the Matrix Infinity in my PS2, never had any problems with it.

I'm not the type of person who wants to take their system apart and do some soldering so I ended up shipping it to the guy at Norcalmods.com and had my system back in my possession in a week.

I softmodded my xbox. Was cheap and easy to do -- took all of 15 minutes. Definately worth taking into consideration.

I soldered a mod chip in my ps2. I've never soldered anything before and didn't find it very difficult, just time consuming. Took me about 3 nights to do it all.
