The DVD Wii isn't coming to the USA. They retracted their statement that it would.

wait what? What was I saying for the past 4 months? Don't underestimate the hype. People were lined up everywhere. 100 people outside TRU and BB. 50 at CC and 50 at each wal mart. I was lucky to get a second remote and I had to give the money to a friend who was in line at CC just to get an extra nunchuck/wii mote.

I played a bit of wii sports and I'm not having any troubles that I had at the kiosk. Registering my system/Zelda right now then about to crack into Big Z. See you all in 3 weeks :P

My Wii Sports is sadly doa - disc doesn't read at all. Madden and Zelda work perfectly though.

However.

My right hand hurts sooooooooo fucking badly. I'm probably accelerating the nerve damage. ><

Like almost any physical activity, do it for a couple days and those less used muscles will begin to develop and it'll stop hurting.

The ones in question are actually damaged from over-use. I'm pretty much retarded for playing this as much as I am, and as much as I am going to be playing it. Oh well.

Rofl mine too, a friend and I just had a huge workout with wii boxing, can feel the tendons a little sore under my wrist ;p since I spent like 6 hours so far playing wii before he came over.

Madden is fucking great and the control scheme for it is wonderful.

However it's the first time I've played a football game since the Sega Genesis and I don't actually know a whole lot about plays and what not.

My dad was laughing at me and tell me I suck. I managed to lose 20-19 to the 49ers while playing as the Seahawks this morning - and it may have spelled doom for them IRL. =(

And there's very few experiences like a 68 year old football fan calling you a newbie about your retarded play calls.
