+14 Internets | What we have been doing in my last couple clan matches is this. We have two medics, one with the Kritz, so we have one medic on a heavy ,while the kritz is on a pyro. So we uber the heavy and send him in,this gets all the sentries focu firing the heavy and puts the opposition on the defensive. they all run for cover or whatver. Then we just bust in with the kritz pyro who handily defeats the focused sentries and then hits the cover to obliterate people under the fire of an ubered heavy. It's difficult to set up and difficutl to keep two medics alive long to get thier ubers whilst also pushing the defense but once it goes off it's devastating. |

| So, I played this for a few hours last night for the first time in months. I randomly selected the Jiggly server, and noticed 3 or 4 other people from here playing on it. I actually cracked the top 3 or 4 players a couple of times (as easy mode soldier, of course.) Still, the skill level on the old board server seemed to be much greater. |

| Hrm, I do not think so, no. The original HL2 package included HL2 + CSS specifically. Not that CSS is worth playing imo, anyways. ![]() However, unless you JUST want the multiplayer games, and will not play HL2/Portal/episodes (and you're missing out if you haven't before!), its still cheaper to buy Orange Box then CSS on Steam seperately.

+1 Internets | I would suggest looking for a noob-friendly server, but it'll be no big deal if you can't find one. Pick whatever class looks fun to you and mess around with it. You'll probably get smoked a lot, but keep at it, learn the maps, and watch other players to see what they do. It's pretty easy to figure out what's going on and won't take long at all to start holding your own. |

+21 Internets | Yeah works great. I normally don't cheat to unlock things but some of those achievements just scream farm me because there is no way in hell your going to do that ingame legit. Anyways Medic is usually the class I play so enjoying the new toys. My fav so far is two medics using ubersaw and just back and forth ubering each other. I do not like the crituber healing gun still prefer the invul for breaking sentries and what not. The needle gun that restores health is a beast adds to medic surviablility on the front lines. |
