PS2 Games (need suggestions)

I'm looking for opinions on great PS2 games to get, old or new. I haven't had the PS2 for long and I only have a few games... So, I'm looking for some shit to occupy whatever little free time I have.

The games I currently own:

Dead to Rights - Girlfriend owned it... I thought it sucked
Fight Night Round 3 - I bought, I like, got boring
Frogger - Girl... Fuck it blows

God of War - Great game. Last Challenge of the Gods got me so pissed that I don't play it anymore

Grand Theft Auto: SA - Bored quickly
Final Fantasy X-2 - Currently playing because I have nothing else
Metal Gear Solid: 2 & 3 - Didn't finish Sons of Lib. because of the long ass fuckin' movie sequences. Playing 3 here and there
NBA Live 2k5 - Don't play
Resident Evil 4 - Haven't played since I beat it a few months ago
Silent Hill 2 - Game is so outdated I couldn't bring myself to play past the first apt. building
Sonic the Hedgehog Collection - Girlfriend plays
Wheel of Fortune - Girlfriend plays

So anyway... I'm into Action/Adventure, RPG, Puzzle, etc. Doesn't really matter if you think it's awesome.

Grandia III and Suikoden V are the newest RPGS out you may like (besides kingdom hearts 2). I may also suggest the Xenosaga series, but if you didn't like MGS videos you'll probably hate xenosaga.

If you liked God of War play Prince of Persia.

Let me also suggest you read the 500 threads about PS/PS2 games in this forum for recommendations.

Growlanser Generations - Every fan of Final Fantasy Tactics should own this, or any tactics game for that matter.

Well, I didn't really see as much of what I was looking for.

Black, KH2, SOTC are basicly all that I see going in the last like 5-6 pages. I don't have the time anymore to be sifting through pages upon pages of shit to find maybe one answer. My job is fucking life consuming and I just don't feel like spending 45 minutes reading through shit. All I want to do is write down a few title names recomended and go to the local Game Stop, read the back covers, fork over money, then sit on my couch and play for 3 hours.

Thanks for the suggestions. Will check out SotC Growlanser and maybe Suikoden.

I'll add this since most of these threads I've replied to have asked for RPG's.

Tony Hawk series, up till...uh...Underground 2 I think.

If you want a good RPG, I like Star Ocean: Till the end of time. Its been out for awhile now, you can get it on the $19 rack prolly.

Its my second favorite RPG on the PS2.

Amplitude. And if you like that, then Frequency. I've played those 2 games more than any other on my ps2 (or ps1 for that matter). It's a music/rythym game from the same people that did guitar hero. It's not terribly similar with GH though, and doesn't have any overs. As you play you put together the entire song piece by piece. There's also a remix mode that lets you do just that to every song. I'm sure they're both very cheap by now.

And Guilty Gear X2 is one of the best 2d fighting games out there.
