| Sony E3 Press Conference What a bunch of tools. They have the audacity to straight rip off Nintendo's controller and pat themselves on the back for being innovative. Wow. |

The 60 gig in Japan has no suggested price, much like the DS Lite was at launch. | |

| BUBBLES THE MONKEY!!! | from what im hearing, its less like Wii and more like kirby tilt and tumble. If you want to copy the Wii, you need to make a 1h controller. But I mean, this feature is fairly new (they didnt even start on it until after nintendo announced their controller) so I'm guessing it won't be a factor. The reason the fanboys are pissed is because they promised WiFi out of the box and it wont have it (gg nintendo?). The price is bothersome not because of now, but because of the future. About a week ago a "mole" appeared giving all these pre-E3 rumors away. The first was the HD-DVD player add-on which is now true. Another was $100 price drop come october (1 month before ps3 release). Now, if you look at that, thats a $200 difference in price point. At launch, it won't matter, they'll sell out. Almost every home console has sold out at launch. But you have to look down the line to see that with Wii most likely coming in at $199 price tag and a $299 xbox360, Sony could be in legitimate trouble as far as pricing themselves out. |

| Fucks sake..... I wasn't expecting two versions of the system. I was hoping for one package at the $499.00 retail price but I guess I shouldn't be suprised at all. The $599.00 has HMDI interface connection and wi-fi plus a 60g HD. The $499.00 package doesn't have HDMI and wi-fi and comes with a 20g HD. It's getting really expensive to play video games. I'm guessing the games will retail for $59.00 to 69.00. |

| It's funny that Sony actually had to drop vibration from the controller since it messes up the gyro sensors (vibration > gimmick). That's what happens when you quickly scrounge up what you can in a month to rip Nintendo (much like Sony did with Nintendogs too). I hope Sony loses their shirt with PS3. Microsoft seems to have won, while I hope that Nintendo will show that a revolutionary idea >>>> a ripped off half-assed gimmick. |

+14 Internets | MS hasnt won anything yet. XB360 was an utter flop in Asia and Europe, and they wont turn a profit in the American market for years. This truely is Nintendo's time to strike back. Let's hope they don't alienate all their 3rd party support this time around.

+10 Internets | If I read it well, the PS3 controller will only track tilt, roll and spin movements, not the position. So it's like these old Microsoft controller for PC. It might be a clever move though, because it adds depth to the control schemes while still allowing for the interface to be forgotten if you know what I mean.

| Game boards all over are on fire tonight. The level of incompetence displayed by Sony in this press conference is jaw dropping. We're talking like 700 bucks if you want the "good" PS3 with a game. They tried jacking motion technology in a controller off the Wii AND reverted back to the dated dual shock look instead of the boomerang model they a year ago. The guy playing with the new controller looked awkward and could hardly control his aircraft in the demonstration he was putting on. This pretty much sums it up right here... The internet seems to be going crazy with the "Ripped off Nintendo!" stuff though, but didn't Microsoft and Logitech release stuff like this about 7-8 years ago? Its obvious that they're trying to steal Nintendo's thunder in relation to a 'new' feature on a controller, but its pretty old idea they're implementing.
