+8 Internets | I usually take avernus Arcane Ring->Mek. It's fucking brutal, he's honestly a better paladin than Omniknight save the ridiculous Guardian Angel ult. Death Coil heals + Shielding can basically make someone unkillable and they can't really go after you with your ult available. I love omni too though, a well played Omni with a mek and guardian angel available is some rough shit. |

| Avernus makes a great all out support char (arcane + mek), but you can make omni a brutal killer while keeping enough mana to heal and anti-magic whenever. For non em games I go with midas after basilus otherwise its basilus, boots, battlefury, boots of travel, vlad's aura, assault cuirass, and if the game goes long enough a heart or BKB depending on opponents. |

| Alright, so we'll meet in channel "waggles" and see who we have by 8:15-8:30PM EST (Thursday, 5/7/07). I have a feeling there'll be more than 10, but we can figure out what to do when we get there. For a semi-serious game, I like -rd best. Last edited by vurt : 07-04-2007 at 01:26 PM. |

You seem to talk as the other team is a sitting duck. Chrono can be screwed over by a lot of things: Hex, AoE stun, ect can make you waste your long cooldown ultimate. People who play organized games will have at least 4-5 disables on each team on much shorter cooldown than void's chrono which is mostly what he's good for. Much rather take black hole + midnight pulse (not to mention stun) than chrono any day. There are also so many items that screw over void: blink dagger, lothers edge, euls, diffusal, blademail, mekanism and guinsoo to name some. I agree he's near godlike if you get the right setup, but getting the right setup is the hard thing for void. In organized teams, void would just get denied to hell and not be able to get money. This is even moreso in regular mode because the money from ticks makes a huge difference and xp is a lot easier to get. I can literally sit in pub games with a melee hero against 2 ranged heroes and no one would deny me. I would eventually be able to get 1 teir 3 item from ticks and some lucky creep kills and then pwn the whole game. BTW I would nominate spirit breaker over void the most broken -em hero in the game | |

+15 Internets | I always play AR, purely because I'd rather not face unbeatable combos every damn game. I'd rather there only be a % chance of getting that. Of course everyone goes for stuns, CC, AE high dmg ults...that shit is always overpowered in any PVP game. As for mass CC, if they have high magic CC, I buy a black king bar, rape the int heroes in 1 second as they are now %100 useless, then the melee heroes are complete unsupported. I'd disagree on breaker. The main thing he has going for him is he is STR. Troll Berserker is a far superior hero IMO if you're going for the "what the fuck? He killed me in 2 seconds" type of situation.
