+4 Internets | CAL: DOTA - Season 2 We finished season 1 with a sweet ass tourny that came down to a grueling 3hr long endurance match. I'd say our season was a success as some of the top teams are picking up sponsers and it looks like competition will be even better this season. Feel free to join the league if you play regularly... http://www.caleague.com/?division=DOTA - Vinh |

| I've been trying to find some good people to play DoTa with. I don't have time to fool around on the forums long enough to get into TDA games. But my god am I sick of playing with a bunch of newbs and leavers on public. I know I'm better than most, so it's fucking god damn annoying playing with these idiots. Do you know of any East/West restricted channels that I can join to play with Pros? |

+14 Internets | It's well made and (for the most part) balanced. And don't forget many of the best multiplayer games in history have been user-made maps/mods. CS, DoD, and TF ring a bell?

| While I appreciate all the community members putting their own tournaments together. I wish Blizzard would help out and sponsor DoTa and hold their own tournaments and DoTa ladder. Would be sweet as hell. I remember reading something about it, but then nothing happened. I wonder if it was the map makers who said no, in order to make more money doing their own? Which would be fine, they made the map, but still...I long for Blizzard DoTa/Ladder. |

| DOTA devolved into a yawning maw on battle.net, devouring all the light... I've seen worser maps, but I really can't remember when. How you can claim it is any semblence of balanced is beyond me. The map is a mishmash of shoddy ideas by too many cooks over the years. |

Name something about DoTa that is "moderately" imbalanced and I'll explain to you how it is not. | |

+5 Internets | With an unlucky -ar it can be unbalanced... however if you and the people you play with play -ap and know what you're doing it can be incredibly well balanced. The newest heroes in 6.30b (I haven't had a chance to play 6.31 yet) might throw in some imbalance, but the league version of the map is still 6.27b and that is well balanced. |
