Evil Genius Anyone else played this? I know it's a little old, came out last year, but just dug it out of my game stash and am having a bunch of fun with it. Very reminiscent of the Dungeon Keeper games, with a spy-spoof twist to it. It's a little buggy, but quite enjoyable. Check the bargain bin, it's definitely worth a $20 flyer if you like this sort of game.

Unfortunately, the "hidden" turrets don't seem to actually be hidden; agents shoot at them all the time. They're powerful but you have to micromanage them a lot because every agent shooting at them outranges them and they don't attack back automatically. If I'm watching them, though, it's very difficult for anything to get into my base short of a super-agent.

you just need turrets covinrg your other turets, it's not hard to have them all protected. Late game you get tons of the elete blow-everything-the-fuck-up squads that are worse then any super agent. They start agressive just killing and blowing everything up it's really quite a bitch. The killing all your top level guys is the major source of frustration. On the final island I had a massive Freezer, massive power room, and shitload of sentry turrets. One prision on the outside to pop in superheros (they will break out). Well basically I had 2 entrances to my lair (one near each heli-port), and a bunch of turrets protection the path between the lair and it (and turrets protecting the turrets). ------------

It was an amusing game, an easy way to earn money is to have a series of traps (first triggers the second and so on), I did a ? shapped hallway with wind traps which eventually let to pit traps (the ones w/ fire). You'll want to build this seperate from your base to distract the spies and not have bodies affect moral.
