| VTM: Bloodlines I know this is semi-old, but it deserves a thread of pole smoking anyway. Was amazingly impressed after playing through this. One of the best RPG's I've ever played, maybe even the best. Had a blast all the way through, and some damn funny laughs. It even has a ton of good replay value with different clan styles making your choices so much different. I almost died laughing trying to play Malkaviens, still haven't tried Nosferatu or Gangrel to see how they do. But seriousely, pick this up if you haven't. |

| Did you play the table-top RPG it's based on?

| Was this game the sequel to VTM the original? I bought that piece of shit game and it ruined me forever. Bugged to shit. No save points in the missions. I almost wanted to go to the company and beat up the person who made this game. |

| I have noticed a few bugs yeah, but it's nothing that's ruined a game yet. Mob AI can kinda sucks with regards to stealth, guards will get stuck in aggro modes, stuck on doors, get stuck staring at corners and stuff like that, but once you get used to it you can avoid most of it. |

+9 Internets | The game was almost unplayable when it launched. After the patch though the game is worth picking up.

I'd have been alot happier if it was actually an Antedeluvian or whatever and pandelrium broke loose. Having 3 choices which all mean a hour of slaughtering mooks for a 60 second end sequence that has nothing to do with the story really bugs me. Hell, the taxi driver should have been the antedeluvian from the coffin, that would have been amusing.

I don't recommend using the unofficial patch. It does fix a few more things, but the guy who made it didn't know the difference between fixing bugs and making design changes that were never intended in the first place. One other thing -- make sure to play as a Malk. The "insane" dialog is the best part of the game.

| Amen to that, Malkavien chat cracks me up. I saved at the taxi driver and tried a couple different endings, joining the anarchs was mildly satisfying, but I need to try a couple other options. May take a while though, my last non auto save still has to deal with the hunter fortress and such, didn't know making a new game would use my autosave slots from my old one~ |
