He said that because it is the most talked about death in any video game ever. Yes we were all sad...but like 9/11 we all moved on that was sad....but who talks about it anymore no one because it has been talked to death. I personaly think the nanaki/redXIII father thing was more sad...and less talked about.

I played Silver Surfer also. What a joke. I think the same company did X men, which I think is even crappier. They must have spent a total of two months making the game.

First off, I played the American version so that wasn't possible.

Ahh, Ghosts 'N Goblins. I always wondered why the translators changed the title when they remade it for the SNES *shrug*. Ghouls 'N Ghosts just isn't as well titled.
That knight was the most pussy crusader alive. One hit to knock off his armor, and one to kill him while he was running around in boxer shorts hoping to find another suit. Grrr.

I cried playing Jumpman for the C64 when I was little. Mother fucker, our joystick was gimped and sometimes you'd jump if you pressed down too hard. Many's the time I sent little Jumpman to his death from that fucking joystick.

Apart from that, no tears.

GnG wasn't that hard. I was in college at the time, and both my roomate and I won it. My first year in college all we played was GnG and Tecmo Bowl. Most everybody that stopped by on the floor loved it.

Luckily, it turned out to be a pretty awesome game
Rofl, I remember that game - thought it kicked ass.

Anyway, there have been quite a few games that made me go "what the fuck is this shit" and drive back to the store with the receipt like FFX-2. Cybernator for the SNES or genesis (forget) made me cry cause of how much ass it kicked though.

Damnit I remember being Young Link and crossing the bridge into the rest of the world. With Link's "girlfriend" looking at you with the sad face, I wanted to cry...

After playing a weeks worth of black & white, and years later, city of heroes.......... I cried because of the wasted potential........ does it still count if I was jerking it while crying?

Speaking of Fable, I was kind of disappointed too. Towards the end of the game I kept trying to get more and more money so I could buy all the Good aligned armor, and stupid haircuts. Then I kept doing good shit. Then I got to the end....Got the sword that killed everything, bought all the evil armor, and killed everyone.

Then I mastered magic...

Then I took it back to blockbuster, and didn't miss it at all.

The street fighter tetris game made me cry, because I was laughing so hard. I dominated my brother on it for like 2 hours straight. He finally got so mad that he flew into a rampage and was punching walls and acting insane. Anyone else ever play with super competitive people? Its like potential hilarity waiting to be released.
