Saw this a while back and from the description of gameplay it did seem to lack depth. The only thing it has going for it is gimmick Devil May Cry guns and swords gameplay. Pass.

I played it until about level 14 and gave up because yeah, there's no content at all.

It's fun for a while.

fun game yes, i have a lvl 25 and a lvl 10, once you get above 20 they add some cool new maps. It does lack depth, but you guys forget it's free. The gameplay itself is fun, take it for what it is, a free shooter good for wasting time on.

The skill is also vastly superior at lvl 20+ and things like butterfly switching and other advanced techniques are important. Playing an under 20 char after you've lvled to 20 is like switching from counterstrike to lemmings

Butterfly, slashshot, half step, half quarter light dick slap, or whatever they called all the gay "moves" in that game was easily the worst part of the game. Maybe it's the console-hater in me, but I have no interest in pressing endless sequences of keys because that's what the designers feel makes the game "complex".

Although... it was fun killing all the retarded Korean (the player, not the country) wannabes who tried to do all that shit but lacked even the most basic FPS skills. Dagger users = free xp. That amusement factor didn't last very long though, I think I was L23 when I realized how boring it was.

The game isn't completely free either. It uses the same business model as Gunbound where you can play for free but you have to pay for premium items with real money. Rakion is going to be the same way.

if you like that check out the specialist mod for halflife. Fucking sweet action there and no leveling crap.
