Making an Emulator Box

I have every single ROM for Mame and all the easily emulated consoles. I also have a pretty decent computer doing nothing in my closet. So I am in the process of turning it into an emulation box.

The first thing I want to do is have a decent GUI or XP Visual Style. Does anyone know of a decent gaming oriented skin? Litestep, Tailsman, Windowblinds, etc. are all fine.

Another thing I want to have are huge icons. Animated if possible. Does anyone know of any program or hack that will allow me to change the size of desktop icons? Change when hovered over, clicked, right clicked, etc. are also a plus.

I remember seeing a sick setup on some desktop modding site about a year ago, but I can't find that shit anywhere. It's basically what I'm shooting for. Any help would be apprectiated.

There is a big icon mode in Windows somewhere for people that have sight issues.

I found out that Stardock's Object Desktop Suite is what I needed. DesktopX let me make movable animated resizable icons/shortcuts. I have a running Sonic for Gens. Dr. Wily in one of his floaty things for SNES. Still working on the other consoles.

When I click on Sonic to open the emulator I made it play the "Seegaaaaaa" intro. And Mega Man's Death thingy for when I click on Dr. Wily. All on a Super Mario Brothers HD wallpaper. I'm gonna make a green pipe my recycle bin, a "?" power-up box link to my computer, and so on. I am also going to try and make Wily's flying thing move around on a timer. <3 interactive desktops.

I will post isome SS's after I am finished with it most likely next week (but I'm a lazy ass so maybe later).

You could just go with a MythTV box, they have a emulator plugin. The easiest solution is KnoppMyth.
