It's a guild site. The guild is between games; therefore, they're going to talk about the next one they might play. Right now that is WoW. Looking just barely beyond WoW is Sigil's game.

That and Furor basically owns this site and can post whatever news he sees fit. Since he got to visit the secret lair of the company that may very well make the next MMOG "killer app", I'd say that makes good news.

He wouldn't be the first or the last web site owner/manager to get incorporated by a gaming company for the press he provided them ( Tigole, Moorgard, there are more )...so if that is his objective it would be better for him to come out and say it....rather than be accused of being in the designers pockets after the game releases and his guild is the first uber ( a la Afterlife )...funny how Furor so often ranted about Afterlife and Thott...but he's likely to BE the next Thott in WoW or whatever else FoH goes to next.

Secondly, I enjoy writing. I enjoy gaming. I enjoy writing about gaming I have friends in the industry that are nice enough to let me come and see their products - when I see them, I do write-ups as to their progress. This site, believe it or not, gets an ASSLOAD of traffic. It's a good way to keep the gaming public interested, involved, and informed.

Noone is trying to take this away from you, I simply mentioned that it might be better for you to make your intentions clear...rather than let people speculate about them later. How to explain this...hmm, let me put it this way. I wasn't comparing you to Thott...your personalities and the way you approach gaming in general is much different. What I was implying is that the general perception of you ( by the next game's community ) could be like the general perception of Thott in EQ. In other words, people might think you are like Thott since you had "l33t beta infoz", whether true or not, and got ahead of them in game. By the way, Furor really didn't give you any information...he is more restricted in what he could say about Sigil or Wow than any NDA could ever do. It's possible for a person to not hate game developers. That may seem hard to believe but it's true. Just because Sony managed to piss of their user base doesn't mean said user base has to hate every developer ever to walk the earth from that day forward.
