Economy question (veeshan players only)

Hey guys/gals, was wondering what your server's economy is like, most importantly the pre-PoP items. Trying to find a server with gear that isnt overcharged for when I come back.

Not much else for me to do... have a problem with my lungs I've yet to see the doc about that is preventing me from doing the majority of other activities I like so....

Since Veeshan is officially the most epic server in EQ, I would expect that to have an effect here.

Lol, sorry, just came across that while poking around and couldn't resist. Surprised at the relatively low no. of Bard epics though.

It depends on what you are looking for. The economy is experiencing an incredible rate of deflation these days. For example the orb of infinite void has gone from 30K to about 5K (mainly due to the Tae Eww Shield). Top end cultural items are fairly cheap (and about velious level or better). Most crafted items that do not require difficult no-drop components are fairly reasonable. There are only a few items from the original era, Kunark or Velious that maintain any price stability and those are almost exclusively raid drops only. You can probably equip yourself VERY well for under 100K.

What Im curious about is why this guy only asked for Veeshan economy info if he's trying to find the server with the best economy to equip his new toon.

He'll obviously purchase plat and/or an account off ebay. There is no other logical reason. Dunno why he'd pick Veeshan though it's not like FoH is going to beg him to join once he starts up or anything.

First of all, NO, I have never bought a single fucking thing off ebay or PA like gimps do. I'm starting at level 1, untwinked, 0 plat, got it? The only way I play is 100% legit... unless you count the bad pathing on the snakes in Blackburrow..

Secondly, No, I am not interested in joining FoH when I get to higher levels/AA/flags/keys for the time being. Too much hassle with the way my life is right now, chaotic to say the least.

Third, I know about Xegony, that's where my warlord rests in peace ya goof!

Was in Immortal before I quit the game. I'm not going back there again. *shivers at the thought of THAT economy*

The real reasons for wanting to be on Veeshan? Not like I actually NEED to tell those who accuse me of bullshit, but here it is, in plain english.

1.)It was the server where my first character EVER was made, poor little level 4 paladin Orie.. I moved to Xegony since my friend was there, but she doesn't play any more.

2.)I like dragons, got a problem with that?

3.)There is no third reason, I just wanted to make you jackasses who accuse me of shit waste more of your life away.
