| Personally I havent been that impressed with the Beta, seems like Horizon will be the AC2 of the next wave (EQ2, WoW, et al). Without getting too specific (yet, once I can talk about Dragons PCs I'll be back), it really doesent feel like a 'whole' complete game and it's clearly nearing release state. One excellent thing that isn't apparant in Beta yet, since they let pretty much anyone in is the lack of d00ds when the game goes live. Without pvp this game won't attract the masses of idiots that games like Shadowbane and Planetside do. |

| I have had the Beta for about 2 weeks and still haven't been able to play due to texture, patching, and log-in errors. Seems like an Alpha product compared to the other Betas I have tested.

| Pride Never Die | This game shouldn't go live to next year, unless they realy work their asses off and get bugs fixed. It has a ton of potential but if they release it with the bugs it has forget about this game.

| Horizons differs from SW:G on one major point. It is not inherently flawed to begin with. What was SW:G's inherent flaw? Being over ambitious. The Horizons team has an idea of what they want this game to become, and have made adjustments accordingly. Although it won't unseat EQ, hell, it won't unseat DAOC, it does offer a solid product (once the bugs are ironed out) that has a strong base to grow on. With a heavy focus on certain aspects of gameplay, rather than an overly broad view of their game, the Horizons team can definetly pull this one above the muck that is SW:G. |

| Stroker Ace - Nice name and board title~ Never thought I'd see a reference to Lovage (awesome CD btw, Dan the Automator a.k.a. Nathaniel Merriweather is super talented) on an EQ board ![]()

http://www.battle.net/forums/thread....194#post480296 Unlike WoW that has what seems like a Finished Product compared to other games that they wont let go to Beta! | |

| Yeah, I became a big fan of Jennifer Charles after getting the Lovage CD. Just love her voice. As for Mike Patton, he has one of the best, most versatile voices in the music industry. Love his work.
