| Perhaps Accuracy is for ranged attacks (bows, throwing weapons) and Strikethrough gives you a chance to "strike through" a parry or repost and hit the target? Just guesses based on the names.

| stabbing in the dark... I am going to guess that accuracy is a new ATK buff that allows you to surpass the current ATK cap. Strikethrough - as some have mentioned I think it is a % chance to bypass a successful npc riposte. |

| I always found these 2-5% mods they put on VT and PoP loot retarded. Honestly, how many people can go through all the testing scenarios and etc to prove without a doubt these items actually do anything. It's just collecting more pretty stats really. |

The increased DPS comes from you hitting more on the high end of the damage spectrum WHEN YOU DO land a hit. | |

| The visible attack you gain from buffs and worn items (the atk cap) factors into your average hit. The visible attack you gain from from skills (offense/weapon skills) afaik factors into your chance to hit/miss. I'm sure the formulas are alot more complicated then that, but basically hit/miss ratio is generic for every class and (until now) doesn't differ with gear. Accuracy improving hit/miss ratio is a good bet. |
