The Exhaustive World of Warcraft Link

I compiled all the information in this thread for Palo.net, and thought the community here might like the link. Its has all the released Dev Q&A sessions, as well as any available Video footage I could find. I also have all the released informatiomn regarding the game mechanics here as well.

---Update--- Ive added a ton of new content, including screens of the inventory and lot more Developers Q&A's. Its pretty exhaustive as far as the info presented. Again, all this is is all the inofrmation gathered from various sites in one thread for convenience.

Please Warrik I am looking forward to WoW just as much as the next guy. But this is the EQ forum. There is an entire other forum dedicated for 'General' items.

You don't see anyone making these posts about everything there is about AC2, SWG, EVE, PS, ME, etc...

Take a break from pushing WoW and let the site turn into a WoW site and then post it all.

Cause all those games suck. There are currently 4-5 threads about WoW on the forum right now. Im posting a link where I condensed all the information into one thread so we dont clutter the FoH board with too many WoW threads...that is until Furor makes this the offical WoW fansite.

When was the last EQ post that wasn't related to whining about Time and the Rathe?

It's been weeks since anything but WoW and Time has been discussed here.

Fraid' not. This is a World of Warcraft site in transition. All this EQ crap will be relegated to the EQ section soon enough.

I guarantee anyone that the language system will be scrapped and players will understand everyone regardless of race on release.

Thats just one of those things that may sound nice as the devs brainstorm ideas but beta testers will mention how it slows down the newbie phase and makes it harder for new players to figure shit out.

Yeah pretty much.. sometimes its frustrating trying to explain some things in MMORPGs to the new players... hell some even think theres single player...

I don't expect that to either.. i was kind of caught off guard one though... unless they can make it really good with it I think it would probably detract from the game.

I was never really interested in WoW, mainly because i've always sucked ass at RTS games. C&C, Warcraft, Starcraft etc, I was horrible. Hell, I didn't even realize WoW was going to be a MMORPG.

After seeing Furor's updates on the main page, and reading through these posts, I started looking into WoW, and god damn does it look amazing. I'm sure i'm only one of the hundreds and more likely thousands of people that read this site that will look further into WoW and realize how kickass is will (most likely) be.

I'm sure a lot of people denied that Furor saying fuck EQ and going gung-ho for WoW would have much of an impact on things, but I can say 100% that it is going to have quite a huge impact. I can safely say that I will most likely play WoW when it is released, though i'm not sure that i'll quit EQ. As it stands, i'm having fun right now, and experiencing new things almost every day. Who knows though.

Thanks Warrik for compiling all this information, Blizzard just gained another customer because of it

WoW is going to own.. period...

I have seen a lot of upcoming games but none of these looked as goo or even came close. Those people actually think about the playability and seem to know what gamers want.

As much as i might be flaming Furor usuall for my personal pleasure thjis was a good move an i am looking forward to seeing this site being turned into a WoW site.
