AC Lucid shard

I know this is like the 10th Acrylia caverns thread but I don't care.

Anyone have any idea what is dropping lucid shards in AC now?.I Camped it all day and can't find a damn thing.

I Petitioned about it but they wouldnt give me any info.Wouldnt even tell me if they are dropping at all,in any zone.

I'm really hoping they didn't screw the pooch with this.It's definatly not beyond them tho.

Well now there are suspose to be 8 "new" shards that drop in AC for quest in cat town after they take it from Grimlings (last raid). I am thinking that is the new key to IA but who knows (apparently not since some people have posted a key is no longer needed for IA entry).

This is a totally different shard.It's called a lucid shard and is used for the Vex thal key quest.

It would be really retarded if they forgot to add this to any loot tables,Seeing as the lucid shard was basically the only reason to step foot in AC before now(maybe it still is

).

Uhh...I know what a lucid shard is. I was saying that there are new ones too so could you keep you eye out for them.

Plus here is good news. In Inner Acrylia (which doesn't require a key now) there the mobs were dark blue to 65, hitting for max 148-152, ~10k hp. One of these mobs (a sanctum bloodguard) dropped a lucid shard.

The two mobs that "guard" the gate grimling skullcracker(cons light blue at 65 not green) and a runed grimling(100% MR, cons light blue at 65) drop the shard for VT key, skullcracker supposedly has higher drop rate.

Those 2 were whom dropped the shard pre re-vamp but do they still exist?

I asked about the shard in war chat last night and Frodlin said it dropped of a mob that was named niether of those..

Something like

a soulbound somehting or other and it was further in the zone than it used to be..

Saw one from "A sanctum bloodguard" in the inner sanctum, after you click on takashi statue.

I'm now camping whatever is called "the jail" on my map.I Don't see 2 kittys tho.Am I at the right spot?.

Got one on a sanctum bloodguard,And thanks muchly for the info.

The mobs in the jail area are dropping pristine acrila shards,Not lucid shards.

So,if you are looking to complete the GF quest,go to the jail.If you are looking for vex thal shards,Go to inner acrylia.
