| Dragon Empires: The First near Photo-realistic MMRPG? No idea if the game will be good at all, but the graphics are stunning. http://www.codemasters.com/dragonemp...58d1 fccb81e0 |

| Very nice, but still not even "near" photo realistic. By just looking at the pictures, the models look pretty high poly, but not enough for "photo realistic". The texture's themselves don't look "high quality" and it doesn't look like there is any bump-mapping. I don't see any shadows either. The enviroments look fantastic, everything else looks good but not fantastic. edit: They are just screenshots, so it's hard to say.

| Very nice graphics indeed, although the player avatar shots i've seen so far are pretty average. It looks like it will be a pretty cool game, but lacks a certain something gameplay wise when i look at the features, not really sure what though. |

| The Ooh some moron knows how to use a digital camera. This game must be the greatest rpg ever. Notice how ass the player models are...me thinks someone has shitty model/texture artists. We can't draw for shit so we'll just take pictures of everything. |

| Yes, Mecha, they did Well remembered. They've been around the block and then some - I dunno about in the US, but in the UK in the mid/late 80s and early 90s they were one of the biggest name in 8-bit computer gaming. Their Dizzy series in particular. If you had an Amstrad 464, a Commodore 64 or a ZX Spectrum, you HAD to have a big pile of Codemasters games. I think I still have a lot in the basement. I'll be watching out for this game's progress because I still have a soft spot for the Codies, as they were known.

| This game has the potential to be the biggest surprise in mmorpg history. I've been keeping an eye on it for about a year now. It's graphics are far and away better than any other fantasy mmorpg. And content? Well it's original content was written by Piers Anthony. Pretty good credentials there =) Doesent guarentee it's going to be a hit, but one I'll continue to keep my eye on. |
