| Elemental Chest Pieces As already pointed out, the effect currently on the warrior/rogue/monk chest piece is Avatar, something which is, for the most part, useless as anyone who gains admittance to the Plane of Time would probably have or be close to having a 250 attack anyways. If you consider the three best monk chest pieces from the last three expansions, one notices they all have something in common. Luclin - Lunar Fungus Covered Tunic. Velious - Shroud of Longevity. Kunark - Fungi Tunic (Arguably). Why not put the same effect on the monk elemental chest piece? I play a monk, not a warrior or rogue, so I would not venture a guess as to the best effect for those classes. |

| Well you come to pretty much the same problem as you mentioned with the attack cap, there is a worn regen cap as well. Myself, without lunar bp equipped, I am at 17 worn regen (13 away from the cap) and there are some easy to acquire upgrades with regen that I haven't even bothered to loot yet. By the time I would get an elemental BP, I am sure I'll be back at the 30 worn regen cap without the use of a regrowth BP. Also I expect to see the other 'aura' lines of effects show up in time...further increasing our worn regen without the use of a regrowth bp. Like Aura of Resolution is 5 regen/50 attack. Just give us an effect that makes us never consume food or drink...that is what I want. That way I can carry around stat food without force feeding etc. Bonus!! southern |

| For Melees, maybe a +10/15% increase to certain skills. IE Dodge, parry whatever for warriors. Flying kick/specials for monks. Rogues parry, ripo, (stacking) 1-5% backstab. Or something like self only Supernal Elixer, 4-5 sec cast, ~1 min recast. Kinda beating a deadhorse but maybe there's hope ^_^

| I have lunar fungi, and it would be nice to have something different... Why not have something along the lines of Aten neck? With a new effect with a mixture of small abilities. And if I recall correctly, isnt there a max for worn regen of like 35ish? I may br wrong...

| It seems that the item regen cap is lifted at 65 to 35 hp/tick. Here's my numbers: Naked 7hp/tick With gear on I get back 33 hp/tick, meaning 26 hp/tick is on my gear If I swap out my BP that has 4 hp/tick on it for a fungal tunic with 15 hp/tick, I get 42 hp/tick. However, 33 - 4 + 15 = 44...somwhere I'm missing 2 hp/tick in my math, or there's a cap at item regen at 35. As for bp effect...pretty much anything combat-oriented is better than avatar or regen/atk combo effects with the caps as they are. |

| Maybe I am missing something but...... Is it really that hard to find a nice effect that is class specific? When every I see the same effect put on the same slot across 3+ classes it looks to me like some lazy fuck just cut and pasted effects down the line. Is it that hard to see what each classes role is in general, and give them an effect that lets them do it better? |

| Increase skill caps in the code but don't allow classes to raise their skills any more through skill-ups. Then put class specific mods on the breastplates, or hell even create spell/focus effects with multiple mods in it. You could probably get around the stacking problems with mods not stacking with each other this way, as focus effects should stack with skill mods. So you could give rogues an 8% backstab, 5% dodge, 5% parry focus effect, or something like that. |

| Unless they change the Breastplates to use the spell version of Avatar and not the proc version that is limitted by item atk cap, the effect is going to be pointless. Just off the top of my head, I can come up with better effects than hackneyed, 3 expansion old, item-capped Avatar. Warriors have Raex's Armor of Destruction. Monks have Ton Po's of Composure. Rogues get Bidilis' of the Elusive. Go with the flow and name the right-click effects Destruction, Composure, and Elusive. Destruction -------------- Add Proc Effect: Destruction: 300 Lure DD Dmg Shield: 25 Give the BP a good Riposte mod for good measure. Composure -------------- Add Proc Effect: Composure: 300 Rune (or maybe a heal?) Decrease Sta Drain: 25 Add a good Dodge mod to this one. Elusive --------- Add Proc Effect: Elusive: -300 hate Increase Atk: 25 Maybe add a Hide mod (if it increases Evade %)? If not, Parry will do. Make sure the atk is SPELL ATK not gay-capped item atk. Make the effects have a duration of 30 mins - an hour. Nobody's going to enjoy re-clicking their shit every 6 minutes. Make them the de-facto kings of the stacking list, so if some fool tries to Boon of Garou you, it won't overwrite your pimp Destruction. |
