You don't need a super duper comp to take advantage of a well done model, it would benefit everyone, including those who are using age old hardware.
And most of 'those wankers' that worked on the luclin model teams are the people responsible for LoY's models. I'll tell you again why they didn't turn out like shit. They were left alone and given time to do the job right the first time, instead of being reasigned to texture walls in sseru after spending 5 weeks working on the high elf models, or having your team split up multiple times by an asshole supervisor.
