How do you change cross-server tell color?

Anyone know a way to change the color of cross-server tells? They seem to be filtered with the "other" data, which is generally a ton of crap I'd rather throw in an alternate text box.

No idea how to change color of the text (really haven't looked into it much). But I wish Sony would make it where the over server tells used the "tell" filter instead of the stupid "other" filter. Since it is a type of "tell" I thought it wouldn't be too hard for Sony to get it right/figure it out...guess I was wrong. Probably will never be fixed because I doubt (besides myself and a few others) it is used that much. Oh well.

It's the "Channel Message" (or something like that). The one with no number after it.
