| Guildmate posted this same problem a while back. Check your UIErrors.txt file. If its more than a few kb in size then you have a serious UI error thats causing the lag. The file should give you a good indication what's screwed up.

| reloading your UI does wonders...i was getting like 5 fps in Poair, after reloading the UI, frame rate went up to its normal self. Downside is that every time you zone/die you gotta do it again. There has to be a permanent solution for it though. |

| I thought I was the only one having this problem. I have had to go back to staring at walls during raids, which sucks ass. | I don't have noticeable framerate lag, but /target lag is awful for me lately. I do /target so-n-so for a heal, and they show on my target box, but heal goes through on my previous target. Really makes it a pain in the ass for quick heals. |
