| You're right VP is a descent zone, but the key quest alone is not worth the effort for what drops they have to offer. I believe all the drops there that made the zone worth it are all taken out of game now, I could be wrong though. |

| Grey Suede Boots still drop, as does Robe of the Azure Sky, Crown of Rile, and Yunnb's Earring. That's the good loot. All the weapons were obsolete approx. 10mins after Velious release, of course, and the REALLY cool things like Lure sticks, Rend robes, and Ensnare spear have been removed. I believe toys like Greater Healing stick and SoW sword are still in place. The real reason to go up there remains, and that is spells. Six dragons with no competition or racing to get Malo, Sunstrike, Word of Redemption, Divine Intervention from. |

| Tancred do you enjoy that SoE cock up your ass? Take a look at the additions you so proudly list. With a few exceptions, on Povar those zones are deserted and useless. Over the four years this game has been going the free additions have been few and what has been added is poorly thought out with nothing making it worth spending the time. Free shit is still shit. If that meets you needs for free additions, congrats! You are easily satisfied. |

| You claimed the promise of revamps and free zones was 'marketing' and implied they never happened. This is just plain fucking wrong. Those zones listed saw a lot of use in their day. The fact that they aren't sued now has fuck all to do with it you fucking spastic. |

+4 Internets | The only way to make the zone challenging is to make the mobs and geometry of the zone, passable based on player skill. like having to fight a boss mob on wooden planks over a 20k fall. (planks like at upperguk zone in) or having boss mobs change strategy every 10-15% switch from melee to fire to water to melee to sk to shaman etc. have huge mazes that have movable walls that randomly go up and down so the maze layout is everchanging make the filler dungeon completly invisible with patches of ice here and there. have traps that roam or something. make it so even if no strat or map will help you. because no matter what the mob is be it Fenin or Dain. all you need is the right strat and the mob is trivial. make a dungeon that makes everyone have to think and play to the best of their abilities.

Can you say "level 50+ spell research" (including the priest spells). | |

| Not kidding. http://mboards.eqtraders.com/phpBB2/viewforum.php?f=79 And since priest classes don't have research, then wizards do the research for druids, necros for clerics, and enchanters can make chaman spells. I think. You go to the research master in Gunthak, if your research skills is 101+, you're handed the advanced tome. Anything but Ancient spells is researchable. And hybrid spells. I haven't seen recipes for paladin, ranger, SK, bard or BST spells. Yet. |

| Yay Veksar. I sure hope it's not entirely an underwater zone like Kedge. Nobody likes fighting in water due to how annoying it is and with the 50-65 zones already out there it's a good way to guarantee nobody would go there after the novelty wore off.

| In the old days you grouped and had a chance to get UBER stuff like SSoY or SMR or FBSS whatever. Then came the expansions and only raid-mobs dropped the cool stuff. That was the time when many people left since they did not have a chance for improvement anymore. The really cool items were locked and only 100 people on each server had a chance to ever obtain them. VI should realize that people don't feel up for raiding ALL day long. 70 people raids are slow with downtime and it is not everbody's cup of tea. There should be more dungeons like CT where you can obtain 75-100 hp items with just one group. Tradable items are the key since it gets the economy going! You never motivate a warrior to camp no drop caster FT3 boots.... Last but not least Innoruuk should be extremely powerful since he represents the evil in Norrath. If Sauron is buffed up to extremes in LotR, why should Innoruuk be a whimp that can be soloed by Bilbo? Evil has to be powerful, otherwise the fight good vs. bad is just ridiculous.
