For some odd reason I won't be holding my breathe to much. I guess because, how long have they said they were going re-vamp a zone or even a specific zone? Ohhh yeah for the past 2 years. It would be nice /agree . Not going to look forward to something cause these words have been said before.

Both totally new zones and revamps to existing ones are in the works.

Could this new underwater zone be the castle in the water in Lake of ill Omen?

From my understanding, a healing bug was allowing heals from the first floor to land on someone tanking Inny.

Proof Enough?

From the Maps of Myrist:
Quote:
The old port city of Veskar once lay upon the shoreline. At one point, giant earthquakes caused an enormous chunk of land, Veskar included, to slide into the depths of the lake.
Just beyond the shoreline, one can see the peaks of Veskar structures that pierce the water's surface. Many ruins of Veksar stand almost as they once did, others lie toppled on the basin floor.
The basin was once a very active thermal vent region, as the former residents of Veskar can attest. Fissures, too narrow to enter, spout bubbles and hint of a subterranean cavity existing underneath the sedimentary layer of rock.

In truth, a large portion of the old city of Veskar now lies in an immense cavern in the underworld of the Underfoot, where is has been swallowed up and then given new life as the sliding land behind the city formed a roof to hold back the water once again. A fissure still has multiple whirlpools sucking down water slowly and forming waterfalls of immense height in the UNderfoot. The salty seawater is fed into the lake via a channel connecting the lake of Ill Omen to the ocean.
Best guess: Veksar's top areas will be underwater, and likely be full of level 50-60 bloodgill goblins. As you progress lower into the city, you'll be able to get sucked down a whirlpool (with no way back) into the larger portion of the city, which is in the Underfoot. That portion of the dungeon will have air, but likely be very similar to the Hole in terms of mobs, just higher level.
There might be some undead Iksar and sarnak, but other than that, there isn't a whole lot they can do with it.

Actually they can do anything they want with it, it's there world. Maybe some of the inhabitants of Veksar survived the catastrophy and remain there today.

This is wrong. Innoruuk should be all powerful - on par with the Nameless at worse.
I agree to a point. I still think both fear and hate should stay for the 46-50+ croud because they should have that zone stay sort of orignal.

Maybe what could be done is make a part B to both zones and have a "super" version of both in them and make the POF POH B zones 60 to enter.

Now you don't want to make the loot to good so make it like just below VT loot (without the effects) and to keep from over running smaller guilds on your way to the B version of the zones make the B entrance near the zone in point of the respective zones.

That way you have a new 60+ only zone and 2 "unkillable" (for now) gods in them.

*EDIT* I forgot to add i still would leave the old cazic and inno in the old zones as well but rename them something else like "Projection of Inno" or something, so the smaller guilds can still get a shot at them.

They have been promiseing revamps and free zones from years. Don't hold your breath, it sounds like marketing spin to me.

"They have been promiseing revamps and free zones from years"

And they've been delivering them too or were you asleep for that part?

Off the top of my head:
Free zones:
Original planes
Paineel
That newbie stuff in Odus
PoM
Stonebrunt Mtns

Revamps:
Splitpaw
Cazic Thule
Chardok

I'm sure there's more
