I love it how people come to this boards and pretend to be like Furor and go on a curse fest. Shut the fuck up yourself. P.S. If you thought I was dissing Mr. Rogers then you're even dumber than I thought. Now go take your pills. Last edited by Evan Nash : 02-27-2003 at 10:10 AM. | |

| I heard that he used his final dying breath to walk to his closet and put on a sweater He was a good man, may he rest in peace.

| Mr. Rogers was a wonderful man. The stomach cancer was mercifully quick. I spoke with Mr. Rogers a few times ( I live a few blocks away from him), and I walk by WQED (the land of make-believe set) almost every week. He had friends in the same apartment building as me when I was in college. The most striking thing about Mr. Rogers to me was his absolute honesty. He lived what he believed, and he truly wanted to enrich the lives of children. I think he achieved that goal and hopefully his legacy will continue. I remeber the first time I met him, he was just walking down the street, and it didn't even register that I had just passed and said hello to Mr. Rogers until I had gone about 5 more steps. I turned around and talked with him a bit more and he was very polite and ingratiating. I'm sure he gets stopped all the time. The greatest part was, the next time I ran into him, he remembered me. Rest in peace.

+1 Internets | Either your very old, very young, dont live in the US or dont have a TV. He had/has a childrens show that's been running for 36 years.. his only goal in life was to make kids feel special pretty much. |

| Dont quite see how it is pointless since this is a thread of mourning dedicated to Mr Rogers... Unless of course you're upset I said something about you in which case you're still wrong. |
