New quest items in old world

Since LoY came out, Ive seen a lot of new quest items dropping off mobs in old world zones that Ive killed 100s of times before and gotten nothing from.
just wanted to start a thread so people could post if they find items that are definitely post LoY quest items, and if they have any idea what they are for-

Ive gotten Bolts of Tallon, Coin of Xev form Juggs and scarabs in in Old sebilis, and in WW some dragons also dropped Bolts of Tallon and Dragon Nobles Writ, none of which was on the loot table before today I believe.

hmmmmm, bolts sounds like tinkered goodies - alot of this stuff might be tradeskill too.

These are the new research components, for level 50-60 int caster spells.
