Nice looking review. The game sounds like alot of fun, i've heard nothing but negative feedback up until last few patches for it, sounds like this game is getting its act together in time for release. The only things that concern me with it at the moment are the fact you mention its fairly hard to xp solo, yet there is no quests..the idea of having absolutely nothing to do when you can't get a group kind of sucks, but is probably far from the truth.

Those siege shots look awesome, not really graphically impressive, but they give an impressive sense of scale next to the players. all in all i'm looking forward to this one, just hope any major lag issues are ironed out so i can play on my 56k :{

Those pics were taken 2 builds ago. Huge graphics improvements have happened since then.

So what do you get for leveling past 60 then? Nothing? That seems kind of lame. I heard there was also a big GUI change, can you go first person if you want to?

First person is not really viable, if even available anymore..

Whenever I hear point and click movement, I think back to 20 years ago when I was playing King's Quest. It sucked then, it's GONNA FUCKING SUCK NOW. What the fuck were they thinking?

I agree that point and click movement is gay, but perhaps there's still hope for another way to implement keyboard movement without enabling gay pvp tactics that are used in Everquest and similar games

Yeah, except the game rocks. The third person view/point and click to move takes some getting used to, but it's WAY more functional and useful than EQ's first person keyboard movement.

The point and click doesn't seem extremly bad but if it turns into D2 I know I wont be able to stand it...

If you havent played D2 it's non stop clicking untill u log off
