Pallies have dick all offensive spells, so that hybrid haste doesn't really apply...

Try the longer casting stuns, thats about all that gets hasted... Its listed on the spell gem what "your casting time" is, compared to the original.

Bard song Focus and Ice Flame do not stack. Untill we start seeing 35% Wrath of .... Focus items we have no way to test if the cap is 60% and even then I am sure people will say OH well then it must be 65% even though they have no way to test it.
