| I have playing time again, but from what I read about all of these flags and stuff, I'll just ride the bench till EQ2/WOW/SWO to exp grind again. Till then, I am waiting on MOO3 which just went gold. This will make up for the huge dissapointment that was civ3. |

| Whatever games that allows me to log on for 5hours at any given time and have some fun in contrast to everquest where everything just became overcomplicated. Killing for hours boring mobs to spawn a boss just to see it despawn after a few minutes comes into my mind beside the one other billion balance and gameplay issues. |

+26 Internets | How was CivIII a disapointment? I thought it was pretty decent, about what I was expecting. They tweaked some stuff, made it look prettier, and didn't fuck too much with the core dynamics. Play the World was a cluster fuck, though, from what I read. Haven't bought it myself. Personally I am looking forward to Planetside (am holding out hope that SOE won't fuck it up too bad, good concept anyway), Doom3 just for the graphics, and Deus Ex 2 because we all know Warren Spector is our daddy. |

| I thought about waiting 'till EQ2 came out, but Ghost Recon is simply amazing. Especially if you use Game Voice to beat the shit of each other.

that was a disappointment. They need to come out with strategy and tactical games like CIVIII with all the unit rules / strengths editable, so when something as inherently asinine as rushing to tanks because tanks > bombers (huh?) is default; one can then edit the shit that's out of bounds. CIV3 lay the world was so slow I thought I was reliving my life the instant before I died. Not to mention that it's not exactly thrilling to play a 3 or 4 hour game against "Palsy_Poo."I'm looking out for R6:3 - Raven Shield, m'self. I had a few PS2 games that I was interested in, but my fucking PS2 had that goddamn disc read error bullshit & they wouldn't replace it, so, fuck 'em unconsious. | |

| In the immediate future? WC3:Frozen Throne I guess. I still play WC3 sometimes, and more heroes and units will be the win. Other than that, WOW I guess. EQ2, well, we'll see in beta... and in the far off future, along with flying cars and holographic sex adventures, the Sigil game, whatever it's gonna be! ![]() |
