Even though the expansion doesn't seem to be geared to high-end game (I think it's the 2nd "half" of PoP. PoP is all about high-end raiding, this one is rather the opposite), they made sure high-end players will have to buy it.

The charm slot.

Who is going to pass an additional 21st equipment slot where you can get an additional 100+HP/MANA/Vengeance X/Aura/Focus?

I'm sorta getting tired of these animal races. We've had lizards, cats, and now frogs.

I'd like to see orcs or goblins made into a playable race. Just to balance out the good/evil ratio a little bit.

Anyone thought of a possibility the froglok was planed to be released with POP. But the VI Crew lived up to their reputation and f**ked up in meeting the time limit and the result the only troll with KEI among the VI team thought we can make out some money out of this screwed up shit?

That was my thought on the first mention of LOY and the 20$ !!! As many said I would pay 20$ for a better animations and textures for each class instead of changing colors for the same graphic for different armour, not for some junk race( not even a class ) with some shitty zones.

Well, judging from the couple of animations posted on the LoY site, the new froglok model they came up with is just as bad as their ludicrous SoL models. I guess the chairman's 14 year old nephew who's into l33t Maya animation got the contract for VI's model design again.

At least I hope you get to use the old froglok model in the low-poly setting.

a shitlong time ago they did a poll to see what "evil" race people would like to play. I think Frogloks beat out orcs, kobolds, and goblins(i think pixies were in there too.)

Not that I think that really had anything to do with that race being chosen. I think that data was used to decide which fucking EQ action figures they would sell.

Well I think this expansion was pressured to come out badly. IMO alot of people I knew and alot of the community quit. I'll bet this expansion wasnt going to be out till the summer or even later but with the pressure of so many qutting every day due to PoP they were forced to hurry up and release it to keep a majority of there customers. Just a thought I could be way off.
