Last time I checked, Kraiven was slightly higher than Sean in stats, but his magelo is down at the moment.

But a few hp extra doesn't mean much.

I'm at 1803 atk with same buffs but about 40 less hp than sean.

15 atk - Nature's Precicion
10 atk - Dain's Ring
140 atk - Ferine Avatar
150 atk - Ferocity
140 atk - Guardian of the Forest 3
41 atk - Vallon's haste
250 atk - Worn ATK
-------------------------------------------
876 atk * (4/3) = 1168atk (unless I'm missing a buff)

Dunno how much atk a ranger have non veng with 305 strength is, probably close to 1200+.

we're looking around high 2300 to low 2400 for max atk

2500 my ass.

250 isn't a cap on worn atk. It's possible, though not entirely likely, that it'll be passed during this expansion. 250 is just the "easy" mark for high end rangers, since Avatar gets you there from 150. You also left out SK taps and Bard buffs, which can get quite significant on their own.

At level 60, just an epic bard raised my attack something like 140 or so.

That's wrong unless there has been a change that I've missed. The 250ATK cap is a hard cap. I.E. if you had a vengeance L (that's 50 for the uneducated, or 250 ATK) and you put on a Vengeance X item, you would gain 0 ATK.

There is no cap for the amount of ATK that can be added by buffs (not including proccd/RC Avatar).

Unless I'm wrong, which is entirely possible, you only need 188 worn atk to hit the cap, with the 33% atk thing. But maybe when people found the cap they accounted for that and it's really 332 cap worn.

It's 250 RAW atk. Otherwise it would be 187 which is an odd number for it.

I can get about 7200 raid buffed w/o new BMB, so probably 7300 with it. Pre-PoP/VT... but just startin' to hit VT now so..
