9874 + 105 (65 bp, 40 legs) * 1.165 (nd3,pe,se3) = 9996

9746 + 105 (65 bp, 40 legs) * 1.165 (nd3,pe,se3) = 9868

will be close with a full set of raex, earrings with more than 100 hp should break 10k then
