yes and no. if you want to keep the delay in that already exsists, then yes, it would be. if you realize that top guilds are probly going to have their shaman cast the avatar upgrade, and ignore primals, then no. there was a thread a while back asking about primals, and the most common response was its perma bagged unless its a really difficult fight because its too much of a pain to swap weapons just for a proc.

6 seconds may be a bit steep during a long encounter, but outside of combat, or before the pull its a god send to enter combat with avatar up instead of entering combat waiting for a proc. also the ability to click it off and replace it as needed is a help as well.

Personally i hope they change all the melee abilities to non-spells. I'm tired of casters being trapped in a realm of dependance on melee with no reciprical dependance any longer.

Well, fortunately the BP mold isn't too rare. Someone got it in an easier tier 3 area on Tunare.

Raex's Breastplate of Destruction: 100ac 30str 25dex 30sta 25agi 190hp 40svf 5svd 40svm 5svc 5svp and yes, FX: Avatar. I think it was a 6 second cast time.

Uh, I think you mean Ornate Bp Mold not Elemental. At least that's what we have been getting every so often in tier 3.

Primal weapons blow later in the game. some times they go off but alot of time you have to wait for like 3 mobs before it procs. and thats with 290ish dex. Ill take the BP, then i can bank my primal.

I hate proc swapping. I want to get one of those BPs and destroy my primal because its nothing but a pain in the ass.

The only thing I'd regret about that BP though is I wouldnt be wearing my robe ;(
