Question about the Medallion of the Hero of Shar Vahl...

This item is the last reward from doing the wars in the Grimling Forest. It is used to get the key for Inner Acrylia, which at its current state isn't worth the trouble (and probably never will be). But this item is also the key to getting the next cloak after the Khati Sha Officer's Cloak (12 ac, +9sta, +8 str, +8 wis, +5 agi, +5 dex, +50 hp, +50 mana, 3% to tailoring) for Beastlords (Shar Vahl quest).

I was wondering has anyone gone through the trouble of doing this massive battle to use this item to complete that quest? And if so, what are the stats on the new cloak?

As a Feral Lord, I've been looking into the quest since it was put in, and to the best of my knowledge, no one has ever gotten to the final stage(and announced it, at least).

I'm working on the quest, and someday soon I'm going to see if I can drag my guild down to do the quest. Not sure on what sort of forces are needed now with PoP, however.

i'm pretty sure shaoline/shaof on bristlebane finished it ....not sure tho but i know Ring of Valor has assloads of IA keys

Ring of Valor and Club Fu are 2 of the 3 or 4 uber guilds on Bristlebane. Club Fu went the Ssra Temple -> Vex Thal route and RoV was going to go the Inner Acrylia route. They actully made a pretty good sized dent in Acrylia until the Devs basically told them "Sorry guys but you have to get out of our fucked up zone. It's not done but should be done in a few weeks " Ya and we all know how that went.

Getting pretty close to a year since being in the "middle" of the revamp =( And if you start the 6th war and kill Veteran Cullin when he warps into the camp you can get the medallion without doing the broken war which should make beastlords all over rejoice.

Well I found this post on the beastlord site. They found the cloaks for all the classes (Bst, War, Rog, Brd, Shm) on an emulator server. The stats are very nice with good effects (for level of difficulty, imo). I just wish the beastlord cloak had the warrior cloak effect . BTW you can get the mediallon from killing the captain (yes, the one you are suspose to protect, as stated above by FeronD) after you kill the low level grimlings and the camp resets and spawns the higher level grimlings.
