I believe the file to delete is global6_chr.s3d. However the patcher will happily redownload it (delete/rename after patcher runs but before hitting play, yes you have to do this every time.)
Also this file contains most of the luclin models, it will screw up your wolf models (look like tiny humans) and some others, I can't recall which ones off the top of my head. You'll also find some texturing errors, although supposedly deleting the texture cache files fixes this.
